Rose has musical layers, with a singer/songwriter background; She performed on the critically acclaimed ‘After ‘Ours’ album, was a member of Auckland’s original funk band ‘Tangent and The Mercs’, and performs at the infamous NZ Soul Alldayer parties, playing classic soul and funk vinyl from her extensive record collection

Rose Alice has supported legendary DJ’s such as MoFunk & Nathan Haines, and plays the lunchtime soundtrack at Takutai Square in Britomart
